About Us
We exist to create a refined yet vibrant gathering place in South Boston, inspired by Spanish tapas, wood-fired cooking, and the art of sobremesa—the ritual of letting the night unfold—lingering over conversation and drinks, and, when the moment calls for it, continuing the experience by exploring the space beyond the table.
Chef-driven and hospitality focused, we’re centered around our Josper Grill and complemented by a curated wine list and elevated cocktail program. Our doors are open to those who want to settle in, be transported, and see what happens as a shared meal becomes a memory that lasts long after the last plate is cleared. ¡Salud!
What is Dalia, you ask?
A flower? Maybe... We do love flowers. A lady perhaps? Could be… A little female swagger certainly goes a long way in España!
Dalia is what it should be — whatever you want it to be. And for that, we offer a wide range of seating and dining experiences. From fireside cava in our rustic café, to bartop tapas at any one of our three uniquely immersive bar experiences, Dalia should feel like an adventure at every turn.
Hungry?
Don’t let our delicate name fool you. This feisty flower loves to get her Spanish on. The entire restaurant has been built around the kitchen. If you like to watch, we suggest grabbing a few seats around our fully open, centrally located, chef-directed a la brasa (wood-fired) cooking suite — custom built in Barcelona, for us here in Boston.
The Menu
Our menu is probably best described as a wood-fired celebration of the earth, the land and the sea. What the Spanish simply call "de la tierra y del mar". We strive to use the highest quality ingredients, from the finest of authentic suppliers, so that we can make our food delicious and your evening memorable.
